Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Rosemont Homeowners Association, Inc. (the Association) collects through the community website and resident portal, and how it is used.

What we collect

Name, email address, lot number, and, if you choose to give them, phone number, mailing address, and the mobile number you use for text alerts. We record when you agree to text alerts. If you place a store order we keep the order details. We also keep the technical records needed to run the site securely, such as sign-in times and an activity log.

How we use it

To run the resident portal, communicate with residents about community matters (including urgent, pending, and non-urgent matters), keep the resident directory, process store orders, and keep Association records. Your name and lot are visible to other signed-in residents in the directory. Your email and phone are shown only if you choose to show them.

Text messages

We use your mobile number only to send the text messages you agreed to receive. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Text messages are delivered through a service provider that carries them on our behalf and may not use your number for any other purpose. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. See the SMS Terms.

Who else sees it

Only service providers that help us run the portal, such as hosting, email, text message delivery, and payment processing, and only as needed to provide those services. We disclose information if the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.

Keeping it safe, and how long

Access is limited to signed-in residents and authorized Association officers and management. We keep Association records for as long as the Association needs them and the law requires. You can ask to correct your information, change your sharing choices, or turn off text alerts at any time under My account.
