Purchases in the community store are subject to the order details shown at checkout. Payment instructions are provided by the Community Manager.
SMS Terms (text message alerts)
Program: Hills of Rosemont Community Text Alerts, operated by Rosemont Homeowners Association, Inc..
What you will receive: non-marketing text messages about the community: urgent alerts (such as gate, road, utility, weather, or safety matters), reminders about pending matters (such as Board meetings, elections, and deadlines), community news, and confirmations of store orders you place. Messages are sent only by authorized Board members and the Community Manager.
How you join: you opt in yourself by signing in to the resident portal, entering your own mobile number, and checking the consent box under My account, Text message alerts, or by checking the text option when placing a store order. Consent is optional. It is not a condition of owning a home, using the portal, or buying anything.
Frequency: message frequency varies, typically a few messages per month, and more during an urgent situation.
Cost: message and data rates may apply. The Association does not charge for text alerts.
Opting out: reply STOP to any message at any time, or uncheck the box under My account. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages. You can opt back in at any time from My account.
Help: reply HELP to any message, or contact Kelly Culver at manager@hillsofrosemontnc.com.
Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Text alerts are a convenience and are not a substitute for emergency services or for checking the portal. Call 911 first in an emergency.
See our Privacy Policy for how your mobile number and consent are handled, and Text alerts for how to join.
